If you access a linked service governed by a separate privacy policy, that policy may also apply.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide may include your name, email address, telephone number, education and professional details, specialty interests, enquiries, messages, assessment answers, uploaded documents, and feedback. If you purchase a service, we may receive transaction and billing details. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider where applicable.
When you use the Sites, technical information such as your IP address, device and browser details, pages viewed, referral source, and date and time of access may be collected through server logs and any cookies or analytics tools enabled on the Sites. We may also receive information from someone who books a service on your behalf or from an authorised partner.
2. How we use information

We share information within PickMySpeciality and Masseter and with personnel or service providers who need it to operate the Sites or deliver requested services, such as hosting, SMS, email, analytics, payment processing, customer support, and assessment delivery. Where a service involves an external counsellor or partner, we will explain the relevant sharing at the point of service.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business reorganisation subject to applicable safeguards. We do not sell your personal information. Linked third-party websites have their own privacy practices.
4. Cookies and your choices
